It can, of course, happen that a customer, for some reason, is no longer able to access the account password and, therefore, may not be able to log in anymore. Initially, the customer can use the 'forgot password' function for this. You can find this function via the link on the login page of your platform or through the direct URL: /forgot-password. The customer enters the email address associated with the account, and an email is sent with the option to set a new password. If, for some reason, this function is not sufficient, you, as an administrator, can change the customer's password via SiteCMS:

  1. Go to Members > Users
  2. Search for the relevant member and open the user
  3. Go to login details
  4. Enter the new password under "New password" and click save

The user can now log in with the email address and the new password.
