In siteCMS, you can customize the content of automatically generated emails to make them more personal for your platform. You can find the email templates in siteCMS under Texts > Email Templates.
To customize an email template, first create a new template. This new template will overwrite the original version. Click the New button to create a new template. Then give the template a title so that it is recognizable in the system.
Next, fill in the subject. This is what appears in the subject line of the email. Under Type, select the type of email template you want to customize.
Once you have selected a type, various Available replacements will appear at the bottom. These are replaceable words that you can use in the email, such as: [username]. If you place this word, including the brackets, in the email, it will automatically be replaced by the customer's username when the email is sent.
When you are finished writing the email, you can save (top left) and test it.
