How does a member cancel their subscription

Memberships are based on direct debit. When a member wants to stop their subscription, they must cancel it themselves before the desired debit date. A member can do this as follows:

The user must be logged in to the website
The user must open the /subscriptions page
Here are the current subscriptions and upcoming debit dates

a. Click on the trash can icon to stop the subscription.

b. Confirm the cancellation of the subscription

The customer's subscription is now canceled. The membership remains valid until the next debit date.
