Change checking account

It may happen that you want to change the account for the direct debit, for example when switching from a business account. However, we cannot just change this for you. This is because the account holder must give the mandate for the direct debit. You need to stop the existing subscription and take out a new subscription. Therefore, follow the steps below:

1. Log in with your account on www.start-platform.com

2. Go to membership, https://start-platform.com/subscriptions/subscriptions/index

3. Stop the current subscription here by clicking on the trash can

4. Go to membership again and order a new subscription on the correct account.

You now have a new subscription on the correct account.

Tip! Avoid unnecessary costs and cancel the membership 24 hours before the new collection date and then start the new subscription.
