How do I get my business on Google Maps?

1. Visit the site: https://www.google.com/intl/nl_nl/business/.

2. Then click on “Get started now”.

3. Log in with your Google Account (no Google account? Create one)

4. Once logged in, go to the following site: https://business.google.com/create

5. Once on the site, start by entering your business name. As you type, suggestions will appear. If your business matches one of these suggestions, choose it. These suggestions are businesses that already exist on Google Maps.

6. If your business does not match any of these suggestions, proceed to the next step and enter your business address details and click “next”.

7. If Google thinks your business matches an existing business, you will still get suggestions. If one of these suggestions matches, select it. If not, choose “This does not match”:

8. If your business does not yet exist, you will need to verify your registration after completing these steps. This is done by means of a code sent by mail.
